    Arrived with box ripped open, pedals, charger, accessories box missing, mudguard chipped, front brake disc bent and rubber between mudguards and frame missing. Replacement bike was ordered however a months on im still waiting on it and cant ride the one I have. Customer service have been really nice but the fact they and courier company (who are TERRIBLE AND DAMAGED ORIGINAL BIKE) were not prepared in anyway for the Brexit transition means I am a customer still with no product and wanting to cancel my entire order now. It's a shame as I love the bike but just giving up hope of actually receiving what I paid for. Possibly the worst online purchasing experience I have had.

    We are truly sorry that your experience with Cowoby started this way. It must have been a massive disappointment! We are doing our best to deliver a replacement bike as soon as possible. Due to Brexit it is taking extra long, and we owe you an apology for it, but we hope that you will receive a new bike soon and that you'll be able to finally enjoy the ride.
