The best way to try a Cowboy is to book a free test ride. We'll come to you or you can visit us in store, so you can experience the bike before placing your order.
Bike and pre-installed accessories
When returning your bike, please handle the bicycle, accessories, and packaging with care, and use the original packaging where possible. If you require a new box, let us know and we'll send you one. There will be a charge of €90 for a replacement box.
It's important that you treat the bike with great care.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in line with our Terms & Conditions. Any charge will always reflect the actual loss in value.
Accessories not pre-installed on the bike
Accessories or spare parts purchased on our website can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, sealed in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
